Take some time...
As we go about this holiday, it is important for us to keep in mind what Memorial Day commemorates. It is a day set aside to remember all those who gave their lives in service to our nation. To honor all—who gave all.

It is a time to cherish the freedom and liberty that we have by virtue of such tremendous sacrifice.

🗺️ Let someone know before you go.

Before heading out on the water, always file a float plan with a trusted friend or family member. Include:

• Where you’re going
• Who’s on board
• When you plan to return

If something unexpected happens, rescuers will know where to start looking.

Safe boating starts with preparation.
