Mary Ann Blessing, age 67, went home to be with the Lord on February 12, 2026, in Bristol, Tennessee. Born in Rockville, Maryland, Mary Ann lived a life marked by unwavering faith, quiet strength, and tireless service to others.

Mary Ann was married for 43 years to her devoted husband, Herschel Blessing, with whom she built a life centered on faith and family. Together, they raised a family grounded in faith and love.

She was a beloved mother and grandmother, known for loving people deeply and serving them faithfully. Mary Ann is survived by her sons Greg (wife Shana) and Ben (wife Lydia), and her daughter MaryBeth (husband Lucas). She was a proud grandmother to Alex, Avery, Anderson, Aniston, Aiden, Annabelle, Addilyn, and Eleanor, each of whom brought her immense joy.

Mary Ann is also survived by her brothers Henry (preceded in death by sister in law Jeanie), Jim and sister in law April, John and sister in law Joan, Joe and sister in law Cindy, and Jeff and sister in law Terri, all of whom shared in a close family bond rooted in love and faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Mary Gregory.

For more than 40 years, Mary Ann devoted her life to serving others through ministry and her work for Kingsway Charities. The global impact Kingsway Charities has made is outstanding. Since 2000, the ministry has distributed over $4.1 billion in medications and medical supplies worldwide. In 2025, the ministry distributed over $483 million in medications and medical supplies, 374 relief trips, 24 international containers, and inspired 2,834 volunteer hours. But if you knew Mary Ann you would know the outcome she loved to see the most was the 22,710 individual decisions for Christ. She was on fire for God and it showed in her family and work.

She was a prayer warrior, a quiet servant, and a behind-the-scenes leader who never sought recognition but faithfully answered God’s call. She organized, encouraged, listened, prayed, and showed up, again and again, for people in need. To know Mary Ann was to experience compassion, steadiness, and Christlike love in action. She truly never met a stranger.

Mary Ann’s legacy is not only found in the ministries she led or the lives she touched, but in the faith she lived out daily, faith that shaped her family, strengthened her community, and pointed countless people toward hope.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, February 16th, 2026, at 134 Commerce Court, Bristol, Virginia, with family visitation from 3:00–4:00 p.m., followed by a time of fellowship and visitation with the family from 4:00–6:00 p.m. The service will begin at 6:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kingsway Charities, honoring Mary Ann’s lifelong commitment to ministry and service.

While she will be deeply missed, her family rejoices in the assurance that she is now fully healed, fully whole, and in the presence of the Lord she loved and served so faithfully.

Every Patient, Every Journey, Every Milestone: Our Lifelong Partnership
https://givebutter.com/gHL6G2

is not just a slogan; it's a testament to the unwavering commitment of Community Health Partnership Honduras (CHPH) to serve the most forgotten and underserved communities in Honduras. For over a decade, we've been dedicated to bringing healthcare to places that others often overlook. Thanks to invaluable partnerships through medical and dental brigades, as well as esteemed international NGOs like One World Surgery, Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos Honduras, Americares, Kingsway Charities, Heart to Heart International, and many others, we've been able to transform countless lives.

From providing crucial surgeries to patients with conditions like club feet, cleft palates, and cerebral palsy, to offering hope to quadriplegic survivors of accidents and amputee survivors of shootings, we never give up on those in need. Our current cases include a young boy with Down Syndrome in need of heart surgery, a tiny 4-year-old awaiting a kidney transplant, a blind mother, and an entirely deaf family whose only voice is a 7-year-old girl. We're also assisting a single mom who battles debilitating rheumatoid arthritis, making it necessary for her son to carry her everywhere.

However, our ability to continue this life-changing work hinges on your support. Every dollar you donate directly contributes to patient care. As a co-founder of CHPH, I personally cover my own travel expenses. The medical care provided is pro bono through the generosity of our in-country and international partners. Yet, we need your help to fund essential aspects such as patient transport to hospitals, prescription medications, wheelchairs, crutches, reusable diapers for older disabled children, blind canes, and more. These needs may seem individually small, but together, they create profound transformations in the lives of those we serve. Your support can make all the difference in our mission to provide hope, health, and a brighter future to the people of Honduras. Join us in this lifelong partnership, and together, we can continue to change lives in enormous ways.

Every Patient, Every Journey, Every Milestone: Our Lifelong Partnership

holds a special significance for me as I mark my birthday, and this fundraiser is a way to celebrate by giving back. The world needs your help, and while my goal might seem ambitious at $3,000 I truly believe that every small donation adds up to create a profound impact.

When you donate to a large international organization, it can sometimes feel like your contribution gets lost in a sea of bureaucracy and executive salaries. However, by supporting small, on-the-ground, in-person initiatives like CHPH, you get to witness the direct impact of your gift. You can see your generosity in action, knowing that it's empowering hands you trust, driven by genuine passion and dedication to making every dollar stretch as far as possible to help those in need. Your donation isn't just a financial contribution; it's a lifeline, a beacon of hope, and a tangible way to change lives for the better. Join me in making a difference and being a part of this incredible journey. Your support means the world to me, and together, we can achieve remarkable things.

Muchas gracias,
Con todo mi corazón,
Jennifer

Glory be to God! Enjoy this trip report from one of our missionaries recent trip to Honduras.

"It’s impossible to put into words what the Holy Spirit does in our patients and in us as we work. His presence is palpable. He gives healing and strength. Since our supplies were held up in customs, we worked with only what was left there from our previous trip one year ago. There was nothing that was needed that we did not have-in fact, most of the patients were happy to come back for their vitamins and Vermox and pain medicine. Many of those we saw without our supplies needed their knees drained and injected with a steroid-those supplies we had in abundance!"

We received this inspiring email from one of our missionaries today!

"Just wanted to share a picture we received today from the Wesley Medical Center in Cabudare VZ. All of the crates are shipped to the Seminary Compound where the first Medical Center is located. The Clinic Coordinator distributes all supplies and medications to the other 4 centers from here. It takes at least a week for this process because they transport everything carefully in a suitcase or just a few boxes at a time. They are always discreet so as not to draw attention to the Seminary as a supply hub. All of the 200+ crates that have been shipped with Kingsway supplies have safely arrived and been distributed in the last 6 years. God is good! These 5 clinics combined will treat 40,000 patients this year with free medicines and prayer! The Wesley Medical Centers depend on Kingsway as God's provision of a lifeline of spiritual and physical healing for the people of Venezuela. God bless you all for your Kingdom work!"
