PUBLIC NOTICE: ROAD CLOSURE

Road Closure – Hillside Avenue; between Green Street and North Main Street

Please be advised that Hillside Avenue in Bristol will be closed to through traffic on Wednesday, July 15, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

The temporary road closure is necessary to allow crews to repair a water leak safely and efficiently.

Motorists are asked to use alternate. Local access will be maintained whenever possible.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this necessary repair is completed.

Update: Bristol hill is now open with a short section remaining under single lane alternating traffic.

Bristol Hill Closure Alert: The road will be closed at 8am today at approximately 30 Bristol Hill for urgent road repair, and a detour will be set up on Crescent Street.

Good morning, Bristol Community, over the next couple of weeks starting today, we will be conducting street sweeping operations on our roads and in the downtown area. Effective the week of April 13, our summer schedule will commence with operational hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

On this page, you can also message us with questions you may have. Please note that it is not monitored 24/7, and responses may not be immediate.
