Have you ever wondered where your VOLUNTEER firefighters come from when there is an emergency?
Have you ever wondered what these VOLUNTEERS stop doing in a moments notice to run into harms way to help what may be a complete stranger?
Shown are just some of the many possible occupations our volunteers leave to help YOU in the time of need or what could be your worse day. Maybe YOU have an opportunity to help. Take a chance and join your local VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
Our members come from a variety of different backgrounds. We are always seeking new membership! Firefighters, traffic control, truck operators, scene support. There is a job for you!

Be sure to vote on November 5, also look for upcoming town hall meetings if you have questions about the need for this program. You never know when you will need them!

What happens when you need help and call ‘911’???? Your call goes to Dispatch at the Butler County Sheriff’s Department. The dispatchers then work hard to find an EMS service to help you. All of the EMTs in Butler County are volunteers. They are volunteering because they care…. About you!!! As a citizen, YOU can do something to help our Volunteer EMTs…. Vote on November 5th. If you have any questions about this levy vote, contact Kari Coates at 319-346-6575. She can tell you what this funding can be used for and how your Volunteer EMT Services will benefit from this levy!
