Recycle your old electronics for a good cause! The Seymour Library will host an e-scrap drive, beginning June 2nd until June 16th. 4 weeks until the last day of public school. 4 weeks until the Seymour Library's Summer Reading Program Kickoff. We will start unearthing our stories on Thursday, June 25th at 5:00 pm. Many Seymour classics will return, including the truck (many thanks to the Friends of the Seymour Library). The Brockport Lions Club will be on site cooking up hotdogs, provided by the . We had so much fun yesterday in Homeschool Hour! We took a field trip to the Clarkson Historical Society, where families got to learn about cursive writing, the history of Clarkson, school games, and more! They even got to ring the school bell to signal that school had started. It was a great way to end Homeschool Hour until September.
Thank you to the Clarkson Historical Society, Leanna Hale, Anita O'Brien, and Chris Graham for having us and teaching us so much!

Back by popular demand! The Friends of the Seymour Library will have a Yarn and Fabric Sale on Saturday, June 6th in the Local History Room of the Seymour Library. They will accept donations on any Monday (except Memorial Day) from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. They will also take donations for the entire week of June 1st. It's an event the Friends are excited to bring back! All proceeds support the Friends and the Seymour Library. We hope to see you there.
