Personal Property Filers!!

We still have over 300 personal properties schedules that have not yet been filed! Today is the last day to get them filed without being assessed a penelty!

If you have your accountant filing them, please check with them and make sure that your schedule is filed, even if your taxes are not done yet. We can get your depreciation schedule at a later date!

You can email them to [email protected] or stop by the office 431 S 10th Ave, Broken Bow.

The Damaged Real Property is available to property owners who have been affected by the wild fire. Below is information about damaged real property along with the form 425, that could lower your taxable value for 2026!

I know that Custer County has not seen the devastation that other counties have but if you know of someone who has had damage to their property, please have them look into filling out the form below.
