📢PSA📢

The Hochatown Volunteer Fire Department would like to inform property owners that, at this time, we are unable to issue or complete insurance verification letters.

Due to the department currently not carrying its own insurance coverage, properties within our district must be classified under the Town of Hochatown's ISO rating for insurance purposes. As a result, we cannot provide independent documentation verifying fire protection services.

We understand this may impact some property owners, and we recognize that insurance coverage is extremely important. Please know that this matter is being addressed, and we are actively working toward a resolution. As soon as the situation is resolved, we will promptly notify the community.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of your local volunteer fire department.

Travel Advisory……
For those using Camp Ranch Road, the area between Rutty Pines Ridge and Lookout Pines Trail is extremely rough, especially at the low water crossing at Briar Branch. If you are staying in those areas, expect delays in response time of emergency services personnel, as we also have to drive slowly in that area.
For those commuting along Highway 259 in the construction zone, please slow down. The walled off section with abrupt curves is dangerous, especially at night. During high peak traffic times, please yield to emergency vehicles trying to navigate through that zone.
