Labor Day Office Closure

The Levy County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office will be closed Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day.

We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

As we celebrate Labor Day, we recognize the hard work and dedication of the men and women whose efforts help keep our communities strong.

It’s been a little while since our last Levy County Tax Deed Auction, and we know many of you have been wondering when the next one will be. Mark your calendars!

Our next Tax Deed Auction is scheduled for:
Monday, November 9, 2026
10:00 AM
*All tax deed auctions are held in person at the Levy County Government Center BoCC Meeting Room. The address for the sale is 310 School St – Bronson, FL 32621.

Prospective jurors summoned for Monday, August 24 should report to the Levy County Courthouse between 8:30–8:45 a.m.

Please bring:
- Your summons letter
- Completed juror questionnaire

Helpful comfort items may include:
- Light jacket
- Reading materials
- Phone/tablet & charger
- Snacks or bottled water
- Necessary medications

Clerk Matt Brooks is responsible for the administration of the Value Adjustment Board of Levy County. This ceremony was the recognition of Mr Ronald Stevens for more than 18 years of service provided to Levy County. Mr Stevens was the Value Adjustment Board’s legal counsel. He was the only legal counsel for this board since its inception as established by the State Legislature in Levy County.
