Massachusetts Special Education Surrogate Parent Program Welcome to the SESP Program! Join to find out more about this wonderful program and how you can make a difference in the life of a child.

The Special Education Surrogate Parent (SESP) Program is a statewide organization that appoints volunteers as special education decision-makers for students who are in state custody and are receiving special education services. Our volunteers have been serving students across Massachusetts for over 25 years, and are actively appointed to over 800 eligible students.
