Brookfield Township Police hosted their annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday at the Township Park. Despite some rain and wind it was a huge success. I want to thank all who donated (candy, money, gift cards and toys)- this would not have been possible without the numerous donations that we received. I also want to thank all who volunteered their time filling eggs and assembling baskets for prizes- many hands made the work seem effortless. Also a huge thank you to those who helped the day of the hunt- from coworkers, friends and family- getting everything down to the park and set up would not have been possible without their help. I hope everyone enjoyed this event as much as I enjoyed planning it. I'm looking forward to doing it again next year.
