Linn County Senate Bill 40 Serving Individuals with Developmental Disabilities since 1991 Linn County Senate Bill 40 provides services to the Developmentally Delayed in Linn Co., Mo.

We include public services such as a thrift shop, car detailing crew, lawn mowing, a greenhouse and gardens in season, a craft shop, as well as provide training and outside employment support for our consumers. We employ two Support Coordinators in conjunction with Kirksville Regional Center
