What a great group of teams we had last night!

But now the Triassic Trek escape room has come to an end. Over the last three days, we hosted 22 teams (118 players). The puzzles proved to be tricky because EXACTLY 50% of the teams escaped! Keep an eye out for future escape rooms because we're already excited to build the next one!

These teams all worked so hard to reset the Triassic Trek security system at yesterday's escape room! Some made it out alive... and some had an unfortunate encounter with the resident dinos. Thanks to all for playing!

Join us for a showing of the documentary "Slavery by Another Name", followed by a group discussion on Wednesday, June 24 at 5:30pm.

This 90-minute documentary challenges one of Americans’ most cherished assumptions: the belief that slavery in this country ended with the Emancipation Proclamation. Based on Douglas A. Blackmon's Pulitzer Prize-winning book, the film tells how even as chattel slavery came to an end in the South in 1865, thousands of African Americans were pulled back into forced labor with shocking force and brutality. A community discussion session will follow.

Groups took their first spin through our Triassic Trek escape room last night!

The security system at the Triassic Trek dinosaur park has failed! Teams have 20 minutes to find the clues, solve the puzzles, and reset the system.

There are some spots open still! See below for times and how many openings are at each time. When less than 6 spots are listed, participants are added into teams of 6.

🦖🦕Thank you to everyone who came out for our Paleontologist for a Day event on Wednesday! 🦕🦖We had a blast learning about fossils, excavating our own fossils, painting dinosaur puzzles, playing games and more!

Next week's big event on Wednesday is the Noise Guy! Hear noisy tales, see comical cartoons and learn to read with impressive onomatopoeia! This will be held at Pioneer Park.

Registration opens today for our Laser Printer Certification Training on Thursday, June 18 at 1:00pm or 5:30pm.

Learn to use the laser printer in the Library's Maker Lab. After this class, you will be able to make a reservation in the Maker Lab to use the laser printer on your own.
