Join us at 2pm tomorrow, Saturday 5/16, for a free community concert by Sean Gaskell, featuring songs on the kora–a 21 stringed West African harp. The kora is traditionally played by oral historians known as Griots, and many songs featured on the kora preserve an 800 year history dating back to the Mande empire. It's time to preregister for Summer Reading! The first 100 people to sign up will get a free Summer Reading T-shirt. Reading logs and shirts will be available for pickup at our Kick-off & Rock Painting Party on June 17th! Everyone is welcome to attend the kick-off party, even if you don't preregister.

Please make sure you fill out and submit one form per person registering.

Summer is around the corner, and that means our Summer Reading Program is approaching! Keep your eyes out for information next week on how to preregister for this year's Summer Reading Program, and get a free T-shirt. Shirts are limited to the first 100 people to sign up, so don't miss it!

The Friends of The Library Bookstore over at the library annex, along with the annex meeting room, will be closed for the entirety of tomorrow due to a roofing repair project. Both should be open again on Saturday.
