Join us for a 3-hour in-depth training, the CFRN FLIP IT Conference, to learn the FLIP IT strategy.

CFRN FLIP IT Conference | Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST| FREE & in Brookings, SD (SDSU- Pugsley Center) | Participants will leave with the skills and resources to support young children and resiliency. Plus, class is instructed by a graduate of the FLIP IT Train-the-Trainer Course, whom is ready to answer your questions!

As we near the end of Child Abuse Prevention Month, we want to send another thanks to those that were able to join us for the Mayoral Proclamation earlier this month at Kool Beans. Thanks to all the individuals who works towards preventing child abuse throughout Brookings County and those who do some of the most important work for our youth!

We know it's Presidents Day, but our kitchen is open Monday, February 19! We have the happiest bunch, the Optimist Club of Brookings, South Dakota, cooking up roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, peaches, and ice cream! 🍦 5pm is our bread distribution and food is served at 5:30pm. See you tonight!

Check out the mobile food distribution dates for February‼️ Below are the dates in Brookings County.

💡There is a mobile site in Brookings on Monday, February 12th, at the First United Methodist Church from 9:15 - 10:15 am. This event is a drive-thru distribution, so we ask for you to stay in your vehicle & limit 2 households per vehicle.

Feeding South Dakota provides the Mobile Food Distributions.
