After more than 20 years, South Dakota is bringing back its custom rates survey, but it won’t happen without farmer input. 🌾

A new effort through South Dakota State University Extension aims to give producers real, local data on what to charge (or pay) for custom work instead of relying on Iowa estimates.

👉 Take a few minutes to fill it out and help build a resource for South Dakota ag.

For the first time since being eradicated in the U.S. Commercial swine herd in 2004, pseudorabies (PRV) has been confirmed in herds in Iowa and Texas. Responsibility falls on everyone in the industry to ensure that this virus does not gain a foothold again.
