The South Dakota State University Police Department honors the memory of Deputy Frank, a brave woman who dedicated herself to serving and protecting others.

Our hearts are with her family, friends, and fellow deputies as they mourn this heartbreaking loss. Her courage, dedication, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We honor her service, remember her sacrifice, and stand together with those who wear the badge. Though she may have made her final call, her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her and those who continue to serve.

Rest easy, Deputy Frank. We have the watch from here. 💙🖤

A DUI costs more than a rideshare. Save yourself the trouble and drive sober this Labor Day weekend. Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over.

🎓 Let’s start the school year off right. Look out for your friends, your roommates, and your campus family before heading out tonight.

Plan ahead: Before you have even one drink, designate a sober driver to get you home safely.

If you wait until you’ve been drinking to make this decision, you might not make the best one.

Save the number for a local cab, download your rideshare apps, or lock in a designated driver before the night begins. 📱👇
