Featured Magnet School: ISD 279 - Osseo Area Schools Osseo Senior High Health Science students are working to hone their patient care skills through authentic medical scenarios. Students work collaboratively with medical staff to build and develop essential skills. Health Science program students are working towards their certifications in CPR, First Aid, Emergency Medical Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, and Certified Nursing Assistant. Once certified, they are able to begin working in the medical field while still in high school!

NWSISD magnet schools attract a diverse student population to apply and attend magnet schools in three different strands: The Arts, STEM/STEAM, and International Baccalaureate.
