THOMSON, Ill. KWQC) -The FBI has been contacted after an inmate at the United States Penitentiary (USP) Thomson was found unresponsive and died from his injuries.
According to a news release, inmate Shay Paniry was found unresponsive around 6 p.m. Sunday night. Responding staff members immediately secured the area and initiated life-saving measures. Medics were called and the inmate was treated for life-threatening injuries. Paniry, 41, was pronounced dead by EMS staff. The Federal Bureau of Prisons says no staff members or other inmates were hurt and at no time was the public in any danger.

It seems there are two witnesses that can state that the Nurse in charge did not send this man to the hospital and he died of neglect. Seems the last name of this nurse is known.

They are killing inmates at USP Thomson, of course the FBI will do nothing, the FBI is corrupt.

Dear Mr. Lausch.

First let me thank you for your reply, even thou I do not agree with your assessment you did kindly respond, that is more than anyone on this list, other than Congresswoman Cheri Bustos who has assigned someone to provide more information.

Second, I am not sure who replied to my letter (attached), but there is no Mr. Enrique, and there is no Ms. Melton. But whomever did needs a reading comprehension class. My name is Richard Enrique Ulloa Melton, and I am the legal power of attorney for Jason Melton and his legal husband. I am not sure if your office was making fun of our LGBTQ relationship and mocking us or someone there is acting stupid or both, I am having a hard time evaluating this action.

Third and most importantly, I was reporting an Assault on a Federal Inmate, with alleged consent by a Federal Employee within a Federal compound, run by a Federal Agency (BOP) under the Department of Justice, but you are telling me it is not under your Jurisdiction. You mean to tell me crimes on Federal property are not under your Jurisdiction? Or they are not under the Jurisdiction of the Northern District of Illinois? Or are you saying that crimes in a Federal prison are NOT under the Department of Justice? If that is the case, then murder, drug related crimes committed in a Federal Prison are not under the Department of Justice. In addition the SIS Officer Cruze was fully award that the inmate that assaulted my husband had just stabbed a Jew at his previous USP. Coincidence? I do not think so. If you have a white man that has stabbed and/or killed black or brown folks do you put a black or brown man in handcuff in the same cell? Of course not. Unless your evil plan was for the black man to be attacked or killed. The same scenario for a Jew hater and homophobe, if you have one of those why would you put him in the same cell as Jason Melton? This was done on purpose and you need to investigate.
If you are unwilling or unable, please let me know, I will hire a Private Investigator and have him go into the prison and interrogate and investigate the issue, then issue a direct claim of Trespass upon my property Jason Melton.

I am very unclear what you are saying. If the crime of Assault on a Jewish LGBTQ inmate on March 13, 2021, in full view of cameras and with the alleged knowledge of a Federal Officer (Cruze) is not a Federal Crime much less under your Jurisdiction then please forward to the correct Jurisdiction, you can at least do that. I am sure that the person that read the first letter, just like they made the cruel error of making fun of our sexual orientation is surely responsible for the error in the Jurisdiction statement and or the determination that this was a request or complaint to the BOP. I definitely know the difference.

No, Sir this is a request for you to investigate a crime committed upon a Jewish LGBTQ inmate.
If you do not desire to investigate, please let me know where I need to go to get this investigated.
Let me know if the Sheriff in the Town of Thomson has Jurisdiction. I will be happy to write him and have him take charge of a Federal Crime within a Federal facility.

But please be clear, USP Thomson is NOT under your Jurisdiction, because that is what I am interpreting, and if you know it is NOT your Jurisdiction, then you also know WHO it is under.

You should have cc’ed everyone in the list below, as I am now doing that, with your letter of April 22, 2021. (attached). So, I am asking you AGAIN, get this issue resolved.

Director Michael Carvajal and ALL Regional Directors,

Dear Sir,

Well, it seems that nothing Barb the Regional Manager helps in any meaningful way.

In my opinion, it seems Barb is incompetent at her job and should be FIRED.
At this point in time, Barb has not answered one single letter or done any significant action.

She has done nothing to provide security for Jason Melton.

She has done nothing about the March physical assault that was known by the officers that put inmate Melton in a cell handcuffed to get beaten by a psycho that just stabbed a Jew in his previous USP.
Is this Barb woman Barb out of her mind? maybe we should test her for dementia instead of Sleepy Joe.

She has not taken the HOMOphobic Officer CRUZE out from the equation.

She did nothing about the flood of drugs that she was told was going to enter the facility and she refused to talk to the inmates that had the information, so the drugs were entered into the facility. Investigate that Director, it was in one of my letters or emails.

She has not improved mail delivery.

She has not improved DHO review time, it seems to have gotten worse. The USP Thomson uses this to delay between disciplinary action and a DHO Action as a delay tactic, which in turn causes the inmate to stay there longer, hence more $$$ for the Program, but delivering noting useful for those $$$. In fact, they are causing delays throughout the system by keeping inmates there longer. Must be nice to be frauds and milk the tax dollars.
I will bring this matter to the Inspector General for the BOP/DOJ, I have given Barb enough time to correct it.

Like I have stated before, I am calling for the dismissal of Barb von Blanckensee, because like Colonel Clink in Hogan's Heroes, SHE sees NOTHING and does nothing.

I will continue to send letters about mail delivery shenanigans because it is not just me, but other family members as well.

If you like I can write her next job evaluation. If causing the assault on an inmate not cause enough to fire her, what is the Murder of inmate Melton?

Director, I am asking you to get involved before something happens we can not recover from.
All Regional Directors have been put on notice, if anything happens to Inmate Melton, you will be held responsible in Court, of that, I am not kidding, for the Trespass and destruction of my property on (Jason Melton). Look up Trespass in Common Law.

This email is for Director Carvajal;

Director,

Seems that AGAIN, the USP Thomson mailroom is purposely and maliciously delaying Inmate Jason Melton's mail from going out, and delaying my mail from going in.

In fact, after to weeks of no mail, he just started getting mail yesterday when I spoke to him. I on the other hand have received no mail in three weeks.

You say to yourself, Richard, How can you call it malicious? How can you call it purposely?

Well, as I told you before in many letters, Officer Cruze is a Homophobic evil person and along with his wife who works the mailroom, have in the past held his mail for weeks, sometimes a month.
And they have taken mail OFF Federal Property and mailed it two hours away from the facility. How do you explain that?

So I am asking you again, please get these people to just do their jobs, that is all I am asking. All they need to do is copy my mail copy his mail and send it out, if it violates policy, then give it back to the inmate or return back to me.
I do not think that is much to ask for.

And as far as the beating incident in March 2021 at USP Thomson by a Jew-hating inmate while the officer watched and knew about it is criminal.

Again, you may ask yourself, Richard, How do you know he is a Jew Hating inmate that punched Jason Melton in the face while in handcuffs while the officer knew about it? WELL, that is simple, the officers knew this inmate had stabbed a Jew in his previous USP, that is how I know.

Since no one has gotten back to me about the March 2021 incident, I have no choice but to file a complaint with the Office of the Inspector General for the BOP/DOJ. I honestly thought you would at least take care of some of the complaints, or at the minimum answer my letters, but you chose to remain silent, which as you know shows an admission of guilt.

Find attached three letters to the Director about mail delays again. This comes to about 40 letters with the same complaint and no action from Barb.

In my opinion, Barb is incompetent and needs to be removed from office. I will be requesting this formally and via a Petition so other family members can request her resignation. She has never addressed ANY issue I have presented, and I am not the only family member.
