Meals on Wheels - Brooklyn We are a non-profit organization established to provide affordable meals and services to our elderly provided on our contact page.

When Meals on Wheels, Brooklyn opened it's doors in 1986, it was said we wouldn't last 6 months. This years, in 2017, we are still going strong at 31 years service in the Brooklyn Community. With almost 300 members, 20 Staff and volunteers, we provide about 3000 meals a month on 3 different routes with the Brooklyn, Cape Town, Table View and surrounds. Our two cooks have been with us for over 26 y

ears, and our Manager has been with us for about 27 years. We rely heavily on donations from business such as Spar and Woolworths, as well as organizations such as The Rotary Club.
