Join us for the 4th Annual Veterans Action Group Bowling Fundraiser on Friday, June 5th at Melody Lanes in Brooklyn. Every game played and every dollar raised helps support programs and services that make a real difference in the lives of local veterans.

The 2026 Veterans Everyday 5K showed OUT. From first-time runners to seasoned athletes, every single person brought something special to this race.

To every runner, walker, supporter, volunteer, and partner who showed up and made this experience what it was: thank you. The atmosphere, the community, and the purpose behind every mile made this year truly special.

We had an incredible time — and we’re already looking ahead to what we build together next.

In January, our leadership team had the opportunity to visit the campus of Moderna and spend time with some of the incredible people behind the work they do every day.

What stood out most wasn’t just innovation — it was the culture, the intentional leadership, and the genuine commitment to improving lives through education, research, and access to information.

As our partnership continues to grow, we are grateful to collaborate with an organization that values community, wellness, and meaningful impact. We look forward to continuing conversations around strengthening overall wellness and expanding access to valuable resources for the veteran community and beyond.

We are proud to announce the launch of the Veterans Everyday Culinary Training Initiative a 4-week hands-on training program built in partnership with (PHG) and powered and funded by

Ten veterans will be selected to train inside a working professional kitchen in Brooklyn, learning kitchen foundations, knife skills, core cooking methods, and station work from the ground up. Participants who complete the program will earn a professional culinary certificate and will be considered for paid opportunities with

No prior culinary experience is required. What we are looking for is commitment, work ethic, and the drive to learn.

This initiative is made possible by founded by the legendary chef Jacques Pépin to provide free culinary training to adults with high barriers to employment. Their support is what turns this from an idea into a real pathway, and we are honored to be carrying their mission forward for the veteran community.
