Like Patrick Jolly said... Thank you to everyone who came out and supported "Oh, Henry! A Revolutionary Life," and made it the success that it was! Plus a huge thank you to the cast and crew for putting on such a great show!

The final showing was this past Sunday, June 7th at St. John's Church, the same location where Patrick Henry gave his famous "Give me Liberty or give me Death" speech back in 1775, helping spark the American Revolution.

If you weren't able to make it to one of the live-showings of the play, don't worry, you still have a chance to catch a recording of the live-play! The video recording will be premiering in the Casey Center during the Independence Day Celebration on July 4th at Red Hill! Tickets are now available for purchase online!

On this day, June 6th, 1799, Patrick Henry passed away.

227 years ago, Patrick Henry died in his home here at Red Hill from intussusception. Today, we remember him as the spark that ignited the flame of the American Revolution.

As the Virginia Gazette said on June 14th, 1799, “As long as our rivers flow, or mountains stand, Virginia . . . will say to rising generations, imitate my Henry.”
