I would like to thank everyone who supported me in my re-election campaign and look forward to serving the school district for the next three years.

My goal as a board member is simple. To advocate for public education and the community while keeping in mind the best interests of the taxpayers, students and faculty of Chisum ISD.

A little more about me…

I have served on the board for the past 12 years. In that time I have also served as board President and Vice-President. As a proud 1995 graduate of Chisum ISD my heart truly bleeds red and gray. I believe that there is no better school to send your kids to in the county or state for that matter.

It has been an honor and a privilege serving on the Chisum ISD School Board and I would like to take this opportunity to share a few of the accomplishments that I’m most proud of.

**Helping to pass two school bonds to improve facilities, increasing learning opportunities, and providing access to modern technology for all students. The latest of which provided funding for a new High School to accommodate growth.

**Construction of a new multipurpose facility, performing arts center, and ag facilities.

**Consolidation of the Roxton and Chisum school districts.

**Purchase of new buses and vehicles to provide for safe transportation of students.

In closing, my commitment remains the same. To remain fiscally responsible keeping the taxpayer in mind, to advocate for all students and remain committed to working with fellow board members to accomplish our goals. Thank you for your time and I appreciate your vote.
