What a great night at our meat smoking class!
We had 25 people in attendance and enjoyed sampling a variety of delicious smoked meats while learning all about different cuts of meat and the best techniques for smoking them.
A big thank you to Ross Jolly, our guest speaker and cook, who did a fantastic job sharing his knowledge and making the evening both informative and enjoyable.
We appreciate everyone who came out and made it such a fun event!
