We are currently working to obtain funding for necessary repairs on Big Cedar Road. Due to the extent of the work required, the road is anticipated to be closed for several months.

We understand this may cause inconvenience or hardship, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve the roadway and ensure long-term safety for the community.

We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Drewersburg Road between Carolina Trace Road and Jeans Road will be closed for repairs.

Crews will be patching the roadway today on St. Mary’s Road, between Brookville and Pipe Creek Road. Please slow down, use caution, and watch for workers

With all the the wind and rain there are several trees down through out the county. Please use caution if traveling the roadways. Our crews are out working to clear them.

Big cedar road between us 52 and possum hollow at the block wall will be closed for the foreseeable future!

Franklin County is now under a level orange travel advisory. Please refrain from unnecessary travel.
DO not drive through flooded areas!!

All of Blue Creek road will be CLOSED due to flooding!!

With rainfall predicted overnight Franklin County will now be under a level yellow travel advisory, DO NOT drive through flooded areas!!

Due to the heavy rainfall the road ways are starting to flood. Please use caution if you are out on the roads!!
