Arthur McKinley, Dick Beck, Dana Rooney, Vince Markle, Karen Allgeier, and Phil Hynes recently attended the Annual PSAB Conference in Hershey. The PSAB (Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs) Conference is a multi-day event where borough officials and municipal leaders come together to receive training, discuss legislative priorities, share ideas, and network with others to improve local government and better serve their communities.

Borough Council once again sponsored the flowers on the bridges. We'd like to thank Dave Smail, Arthur McKinley, and Sarah Gallagher for helping plant the flower boxes. A special thank you to Lucy Ames for not only planting, but picking out the flowers! And we can't forget Jay Klugh for serenading Sarah and Lucy. 😄
