A partial lunar eclipse with a striking "blood moon" effect will be visible across the Americas, Africa, Europe, and parts of the Pacific on August 27-28, 2024. The moon will appear reddish-orange as it passes through Earth's shadow, creating a dramatic celestial display lasting several hours.
