inventHQ is the Broomfield Library's maker space. It is a place to invent, learn, play, and build community. Programm

The Broomfield Summer Concert Series presents a Juneteenth Celebration with Dzirae Gold and Rex Peoples on Wednesday, June 17!

Celebrate Juneteenth with an evening of powerful music and community as soulful jazz vocalist Dzirae Gold headlines, with award-winning blues artist Rex Peoples opening the show.

This free outdoor concert is a chance to honor culture, history and connection through music. All are welcome. Food trucks open at 6 and music begins at 6:30 p.m. at Anthem Community Park.

This summer the United States will mark the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence—the nation’s semiquincentennial, on July 4. 🎆

Then, on August 1, Colorado will mark the 150th anniversary of its entrance into the Union, the state’s sesquicentennial. As the Centennial State, Colorado is the only state observing twin anniversaries, called the Sesquisemiquincentennial.

This Wednesday, kick off the Broomfield Summer Concert Series with an unforgettable night of live music! 🎶

Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket and settle in for a free, outdoor concert the whole family can enjoy. Banshee Tree brings their genre-bending “gypsy trance funk” sound to the stage, with Velvet Daydream opening the night with a revival of classic rock energy.
