✨ What a way to wrap up our Summer Sunday Festival series! ✨

A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing volunteers, vendors, attendees, and performers for coming out and supporting the Broomfield Council on the Arts and Humanities! 💛

Colorado weather certainly gave us some ups and downs, but it didn’t stop us from having a wonderful finale filled with community, creativity, and music! 🌦️🎶

A special thank you to the Colorado Junction String Band and Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra for adding such incredible music to the day.

We are so grateful for your support of the arts and for helping make these community events possible. Thank you for celebrating with us! ❤️

Broomfield Council on the Arts & Humanities is a local nonprofit organization that relies on community support to serve 43,000 per year.

A new take on this iconic show brings a fresh, universal approach to this classic script maintaining an uplifting message and energetic presentation that begs to be rediscovered and renewed for today’s world.

Certainly, "Godspell" is rooted in the Christian Bible’s Book of Matthew but it addresses issues, themes and teachings that can resonate with nearly everyone, regardless of faith.

The authors state this show is about community and joy as much as anything and we are reminded of the common ground we share as human beings.

Sammie Legg spends most of her life in a theatre one way or another. When she isn’t performing, she is teaching, directing, or choreographing, especially with young artists discovering the stage for themselves. "Godspell" brings Sammie back to BCP, where she is happy to once again be part of the company’s theatrical family.
