Social media sites are not monitored 24/7; therefore, we may not see every inappropriate comment immediately. We reserve the right to remove and/or block anyone or any comment that is deemed inappropriate or offensive, especially repeated violations. User-generated posts or comments may be rejected or removed when the content includes any of the following:
■ incitement of violence, threats, or violent behavior,
■ comments not topically related to a particular post
■ spam comments, such as the same comment posted repeatedly
■ supporting or opposing political candidates or parties, political organizations, or ballot propositions

These retention requirements apply regardless of the form of the record (e.g. digital text, photos, audio, and video). The Department maintaining a site shall preserve records pursuant to a relevant records retention schedule.
