Our community’s trees provide cleaner air, reduce stormwater runoff, offer shade, store carbon and contribute an estimated $229,000 in environmental benefits each year.

Behind that canopy is a team of Parks professionals carefully planning, planting and maintaining Brownsburg’s urban forest. From selecting the right tree for the right location to protecting existing trees and encouraging species diversity, our approach is focused on keeping Brownsburg green for generations to come.

With more than 4,400 public trees representing 73 species, there’s a lot to care for.
