Patchy dense fog, reducing visibilities to 1/4 of a mile or less,
will be around the area through 900 AM. If you encounter dense

At 811 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles northwest of Nashville to near
Bloomington to near Spencer. Movement was south at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Bloomington, Columbus, Spencer, Nashville, Ellettsville, Morgantown,
Stinesville, Smithville, Lake Lemon, Beanblossom, Gnaw Bone, Freedom,
Spurgeons Corner, Monroe Reservoir, Woodville Hills, Elkinsville,
Charles Deam Wilderness, Stone Head, Story, and Unionville.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 65 and 69.

..The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

East Fork White River at Seymour.
Heavy rainfall Wednesday night through the overnight will bring an
additional crest on the East Fork White that will bring Seymour back
above flood stage on Saturday. This crest should be lower than the
previous one and much shorter in duration.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Lowland flood continues. County Road 700 E
begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Saturday afternoon to a crest of 12.8 feet early Sunday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

At 245 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southwest of Franklin, or 17 miles northwest of Columbus,
moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Indianapolis, Bloomington, Columbus, Shelbyville, Vincennes, Seymour,
Bedford, Greenwood, Franklin, Greenfield, Beech Grove, Martinsville,
Washington, Greensburg, Mooresville, North Vernon, Rushville, Linton,
Brownstown, and Bloomfield.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 65 between mile markers 37 and 107.
Interstate 74 between mile markers 93 and 144.

..The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...

East Fork White River at Seymour.
..The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
Indiana...

Driftwood River near Edinburgh.
The East Fork White has crest at Seymour just below 17 feet and
should continue to fall, but will take a few days to drop back below
flood stage. Mostly dry weather today and Tuesday should allow the
fall to continue.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 16.4 feet, State Road 258 remained open after the
river rebounded quickly to this level in June 2010. State Road 258
had been flooded a few days earlier after river crested at 17.9
feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 16.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:45 AM EDT Monday was 16.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Thursday morning and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

At 544 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Plainfield to 8 miles west of Martinsville
to 7 miles south of Spencer. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Indianapolis, Bloomington, Columbus, Shelbyville, Greenwood,
Plainfield, Franklin, Martinsville, Mooresville, Southport,
Nashville, Ellettsville, New Whiteland, Edinburgh, Whiteland,
Bargersville, Brooklyn, Princes Lakes, Trafalgar, and Monrovia.

..The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Indiana...

Driftwood River near Edinburgh.

East Fork White River at Seymour.
..The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
Indiana...

Flatrock River near Columbus.

East Fork White River near Rivervale.
Minor flooding will continue along the East Fork White River and
associated tributaries. The initial crest is near Seymour tonight,
with levels holding steady there. The crest should reach Rivervale
late this week. Additional rainfall of more than an inch in these
basins could increase the crests, but lesser rainfall would likely
serve only to prolong the high water.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Flooding becomes more extensive. Although
this level is fairly frequent, many local and state roads flood.
Seymour gravel pit begins to flood. Livestock and equipment must
be relocated to higher ground. High water surrounds river
residences near Rockford. CR 760 E south of river gaging station
is impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 16.9 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:45 AM EDT Sunday was 17.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Thursday morning and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
