Celebrating Milestones at Tier 1! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating a special milestone for Brandon Jones — 5 years with Tier 1!

Brandon was our very first employee and joined us when Tier 1 was just getting started. Five years later, he continues to be a huge part of our team and has helped lay the foundation for the company we’ve built today. We’re incredibly grateful for his hard work, dedication, and commitment over the years.

We’re also celebrating three team members reaching their 3-year work anniversaries — Jameson Carter, Cory Fry, and Brandon Jackson! Thank you for your continued dedication and for everything you do to help Tier 1 grow and succeed.

We’re proud of the team we’ve built and thankful for the people who have been part of this journey from the beginning. Congratulations on these milestones! 👏

We had the opportunity to sit down with the team at Stonewater Apartments this week to learn how we can continue to better serve our commercial and multifamily customers.

We talked about their biggest concerns with fire protection, and Alex, their Community Manager, shared that system reliability and liability are at the top of the list.

When asked what Tier 1 brings to Stonewater, she highlighted peace of mind, liability mitigation, reliable invoicing, and professionalism. They also appreciate being able to use Tier 1 as a one-stop shop for their fire protection needs, making it easier to manage their property and keep everything under one roof.

We’ve worked with their team to find the best solutions for their property—not just the easiest or most expensive.

We also loved hearing that what they enjoy most is positively impacting their residents’ lives and receiving positive feedback along the way.
