🚗 A Friendly Pick-Up Reminder! 🚗
To help keep our students safe and alleviate traffic congestion, we are asking all Band parents to use the New Gym/ Teacher Parking Lot for student pick-up and drop-off tonight after the football game! BISD Police will be out there helping us direct traffic 😊

The traffic flow in front of the Band Hall can become very busy during arrival and dismissal times, making it difficult for students to safely navigate the area. This will also allow our semi truck and Uhual to unload safely. Using the New Gym/ Teacher Parking lot provides a safer and more efficient space for everyone.

Thank you for helping us make student safety our top priority and for doing your part to keep traffic moving smoothly. 😊

Game Day Meal Deal!! 🍽️

We know game days are busy, so we’re offering families an easy way to make sure your band and color guard student has a meal during the game without having to stand in the concession line.

You can order meals for your student:
• Per game ($7)
• As a package for 5 home games ($30)

Orders will be taken by the band boosters after school, and meals will be ready for them during the game. One less thing to worry about on game night!

The last day to order meals for this Friday’s game is this Wednesday, August 26th!

Join us this Saturday for our Golden Eagle Band Showcase! 🦅

Come see what our talented band members have been working on all summer! We can’t wait to share the beginning of our 2026 marching season with you. 😊

Schedule:
Student drop-off BY 9:45 am
10:00 AM– Parent meeting with our Band Boosters to learn about the upcoming marching season (Indoors)
10:30 AM – Band Showcase begins outdoors!

This event will also kick off our Stock the Stand donation drive! Help us prepare our concession stand for football season by donating concession items or making a monetary donation. Every dollar raised through our concession stand goes directly back to supporting our students by helping fund meals, travel, and other program necessities throughout the season.

Thank you for supporting the Golden Eagle Band—we can’t wait to see you there! 🤎💛
