🔨🏗️ Week 4 is off to a fantastic start at Howard Coffin Park Summer Camp! 🏗️🔨

Our theme this week is “Build It, Bounce It”, and we kicked things off with an exciting visit from the amazing team at Home Depot!

Our campers had the opportunity to build their very own race cars while learning valuable building skills, teamwork, and creativity. The smiles on their faces said it all!

We would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to the Home Depot employees for taking the time to work with our kiddos and helping make the first day of our theme week a huge success. Your support and dedication to our community are greatly appreciated.

🏅⚽ Week 3 is off to a great start at Howard Coffin Park Summer Camp! ⚽🏅

This week’s theme is Sports Week, and our campers are already having an amazing time! Yesterday, some of our 9–12-year-olds had the opportunity to participate in Commissioner Rolle and Shawn Williams’ Soccer Camp, where they learned new skills, built teamwork, and had lots of fun on the field.

Meanwhile, our other campers enjoyed an exciting trip to the bowling alley, making memories and showing off their bowling skills!

We are looking forward to a week full of sports, teamwork, fun, and friendly competition. Stay tuned for more Sports Week adventures from HCP Summer Camp! 🏈⚽🏀🎳

📢✨ Special Thank You & Community Shout-Out! ✨📢

Howard Coffin Park Summer Camp would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ashley Jackson and Dr. Markisha Butler for taking time out of their busy schedules this past Wednesday to teach our campers valuable career readiness skills. Your knowledge, encouragement, and dedication to empowering our youth are truly appreciated. Thank you for investing in the future of our kiddos!

We would also like to give a huge shout-out to Knucks Hut Food Truck for providing delicious meals and outstanding service to our campers this past Wednesday. The food was a hit, and we appreciate your support of our summer camp program!

🦁🐘🐒 Wildlife Adventure Week Comes to an End! 🐒🐘🦁

Our Howard Coffin Park Summer Camp campers wrapped up an exciting Wildlife Adventure Week with an unforgettable trip to the Jacksonville Zoo! Throughout the week, our campers explored the wonders of wildlife through fun activities, learning experiences, swimming, and adventures.

Today, they enjoyed seeing amazing animals from around the world, learning about different habitats, and creating lasting memories with their friends and counselors.

Thank you to all of our parents and supporters for helping make another successful week of camp possible. We can’t wait to see what Week 3 has in store for our campers!

Our little campers unleashed their creativity today as they created their very own wildlife adventures through art! 🎨✨ From colorful zoo animals to imaginative jungle scenes, our young artists had a wonderful time bringing their favorite wildlife creatures to life.

The fun, learning, and creativity continue as we explore the amazing world of animals during Wildlife Adventure Week! We are so proud of our campers and their amazing artwork. 🐅🐒🦓

🎓📚 College Tour Success! 📚🎓

Today was a great day for our Howard Coffin Park and Roosevelt Lawrence Community Center campers! Our 11-12 year olds and Counselors-in-Training (C.I.T.s) had the opportunity to visit and tour the beautiful campus of Georgia Southern University.

The trip gave our campers a chance to explore college life, learn about higher education opportunities, and begin thinking about their future goals and dreams. We are proud of the excellent behavior, engagement, and enthusiasm displayed by all of our students throughout the day.

Experiences like these help inspire our youth to believe in themselves and see the endless possibilities that await them. Thank you to everyone who helped make this educational experience possible!

🦕🐾 Wildlife Adventure Week – Day 2! 🐾🦕

Our 4–7 year old campers had an exciting day filled with learning, adventure, and fun! We enjoyed a special visit to the library where storyteller Jerry G. White brought dinosaurs to life with his amazing presentation, “Dinosaurs: A Million-Year Story!” 📚🦖

The fun continued with swim lessons, flag football practice, outdoor activities, and plenty of opportunities to learn, play, and make new friends. We are having a wild time exploring the wonders of nature and adventure this week at HCP Summer Camp!

We can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings! 🌞🐊🦋

🌿🐾 Off to a GREAT start for week 2 at Howard Coffin Park Summer Camp for our “Wildlife Adventure Week!” 🐢☀️

Today our campers enjoyed an exciting nature trail walk on Jekyll Island where they explored the beauty of nature, learned about wildlife, and made unforgettable memories with friends and staff! 🌳🦋

From discovering new trails to enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery, our kiddos had an amazing adventure-filled day! We are so proud of their energy, curiosity, and teamwork throughout the trip. 💚

We can’t wait to see what the rest of Wildlife Adventure Week has in store! 🐾🌞
