VFW Post 2197 Topsham Maine Commander Roger Stevens was guest speaker at today's Brunswick Topsham Memorial Day Parade. Holding the umbrella is the Corey E. Garver American Legion Post 202 Commander Jim Burak. Although abbreviated due to rain, both Commanders spoke to the meaning of Memorial Day and honored our local fallen.
