Brush Housing Authority has openings in all of our low income properties. If your looking for housing the first step would be to complete an application and return it to our office. We must work applications in the order that we receive them so you will initially be placed on a waiting list. We are currently working all of the waiting list as quickly as possible to fill the vacancies.
In Brush Village we have vacancies for both 2 and 3 bedroom units. We are actively working applications to fill those vacancies with only a few on our list. These are affordable housing units so you must qualify within a certain income range for your family size.
All of our properties require that certain verifications be done so it can take some time to verify qualifications depending on how quickly we get the information needed.

You can also visit the new website at brushhousing.com to get an application, we cannot accept electronic signatures on applications. Please print and sign the application before submitting to the office.

Brush Housing waiting lists are open and we have very few applicants on our lists for elderly/disabled units and Brush Village. For elderly/disabled units we currently have vacancies in our one and two bedroom units. In Brush Village we have two and three bedroom units open and ready for occupancy. We are currently accepting applications for our low income elderly/disabled units. We have several units that are available for immediate move in if applicants complete and are approved after the screening process. We are also accepting applications for Brush Village. Please call or stop by the office to get an application completed.
