Focus on balancing with a smile (Don't worry, it can be metaphorical too! We won't be doing balancing poses the whole time!) in next Saturday's yoga class! A small smile can shift your outlook.

Weather permitting, we will meet outside in the library park just to the east of our parking lot for class. Bring your own mat/yoga blocks or borrow ours. No registration required and there is no cost to attend.
