Friendship, leadership, and fun — that’s Girl Scouts in BCS.

10/14/2026

Today is National Dessert Day, and we’re celebrating with something extra sweet — our community service project for the Carnival of the Ghoul Scouts on October 24!

We’re collecting Birthday Cake Boxes (cake mix, frosting, candles, and a little celebration magic) to help local families create joyful moments. These boxes will be part of our event admission and will go directly to families who could use a little extra sweetness this season.

Let’s sprinkle kindness like confetti and make National Dessert Day meaningful for our community. Girl Scouts lead with heart — and this project is one more way we show it. 💚🍰✨

Girl-led moments are the BEST moments.

World Mental Health Day 💚
Today we honor the importance of mental well‑being for every girl, volunteer, and family in our community.
In Girl Scouts, we create spaces where girls feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow — not just in skills, but in confidence, resilience, and emotional strength.

Through friendship, teamwork, outdoor adventures, and girl‑led experiences, Girl Scouts learn how to navigate challenges, express themselves, and build healthy habits that support their overall well‑being.

We’re proud to be part of a movement that helps girls feel seen, valued, and empowered — today and every day.
