A HUGE THANK YOU FROM RUDDER FFA AG MECH!

Rudder FFA Ag Mechanics would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who continues to support our Ag Mech program!

We are excited to announce the arrival of some incredible new equipment in our shop: 7 new Lincoln 205 welders and 3 Millermatic 252 welders!

These industry-standard machines will provide our students with valuable hands-on experience, advanced technical knowledge, and the skills needed to succeed in the welding and fabrication industry.

Your continued support is an investment in our students’ futures, helping us prepare the next generation of skilled professionals. We are incredibly grateful for the businesses, sponsors, and community members who believe in our program and help us provide these opportunities for our students.

This week, Camryn represented the Rudder Chapter and Texas FFA at the National FFA Prepared Public Speaking Contest in Indianapolis!

Camryn has spent countless hours working on her presentation skills to present a 6-8 minute speech on a topic related to agriculture. Camryn speech was about beef being the complete protein package and how beef producers can market their product. After competing in the prelims, Camryn advanced to the semifinals. There she faced some fierce competition. There she placed in the Top 16 amongst the 48 contestants in the Nation!!

Monday, October 19th | Seitz Fundraiser Delivery
Our Seitz Fundraiser orders are arriving! Please keep an eye out for a message letting you know when items are ready for pickup. Be sure to have arrangements made to pick up your orders once you receive notification.

Tuesday, October 20th | Major Show Entry Night
Planning to show at a spring major livestock show under Rudder FFA? This is your night to come by the Rudder Ag Building and complete your entry forms for the spring major shows. Please make sure you attend if you plan to exhibit under our chapter!

Wednesday, October 21st | October FFA Meeting
Join us for our annual pumpkin painting meeting! Members, bring your own pumpkin and decorating supplies, and get ready for an evening of creativity and fun with your fellow FFA members. Our parent meeting will also take place at the same time, so we encourage parents to join us!

National FFA Convention | Best of Luck, Camryn!

Orders are READY!!

If you or your student sold an item in our Seitz Fundraiser, the items are ready for pick-up!

Please park in the Ag Building parking lot and come into Mr. Quinn’s room. Please check your items and sign off with Ms. Rowe to confirm you picked them up. Your order forms will also be available for pick-up to take home.

Please make sure you have arranged for someone to help pick up your items. We will send out a mass message once orders are ready for pickup.
