Wondering if you qualify?

(Ages 35-39 are eligible for 1 scan within those years, 40 and over eligible annually). Please take note that some insurances will not cover under 40 for typical screenings. If you are under 40, please make sure to call your insurance company in advance to be sure they will cover your screening.

The patient must have an already established primary care provider to be able to schedule an appointment.
