Come to the Upshur County Public Library today to learn about in- home care, medicinal opportunities, meals, medical equipment, Medicare/Medicaid information, Veterans Care, and transportation, all in UPSHUR COUNTY! They will be multiple resources at one spot. Not to mention the many helpful resources of the Library!
