The application window is open July 1 – August 1. Students wishing to participate in virtual learning for the upcoming school year must complete and submit an application during this period to be considered for enrollment.

Don't miss the deadline—apply by August 1 to be eligible for virtual learning this fall.

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — West Virginia Superintendent of Schools Michele L. Blatt has appointed Tim Derico as the new Superintendent of Upshur County Schools, effective July 1, 2026.
