Just a friendly reminder to all that the one year warning period has expired and the Paul Miller Law is now enforceable and citations can and will be issued. Hands free operation is permitted, but holding, scrolling or texting even at a stop sign or red light is prohibited (with the exception of calling police for an emergency). Please drive safe and not distracted!
