Welcome to the first installment of Website Wednesday, where we'll help you explore all the resources available on the Elk Ridge Elementary website!

This link takes you to Ms. Markey's weekly newsletter. Families receive this newsletter by email every Friday afternoon. If you're not receiving it, please contact the office so we can verify that we have the correct email address on file.

🩵 Online Payments
Need to pay a fine or make a field trip payment? This link will take you directly to our online payment system. Please note that lunch account payments must be made through Skyward Family Access.

Happy Last Day of School!
Here are a few important reminders:

Last Day of School – Monday, June 15th
-School will begin at 9:00 AM (instead of the usual 10:00 AM Monday start time)
-Early dismissal will be at 11:55 AM
-Breakfast will be served
-Sack lunches will be provided for students who requested them

Transportation Changes
If your student has a transportation change for the last day of school, please call the office before 11:00 AM. The final day of school is very busy, and we may not be able to answer phone calls or check messages later in the day. Sending a written note with your student in the morning is also a great option.

Lost & Found
Please have your student check the lost and found this week. Families are also welcome to look through the items, which will be placed outside throughout the week. All unclaimed items will be donated on Thursday, June 18th.

Not Returning Next Year?
If your student will not be returning to Elk Ridge Elementary in September, please contact the office as soon as possible.

Looking Ahead to the 2026–2027 School Year

First Day of School: Monday, August 31st at 9:00 AM
Kindergarten Start Date: Thursday, September 3rd at 9:00 AM

Classroom Assignments
Available on Skyward beginning August 26th at 4:00 PM

Ice Cream Social – Thursday, August 27th
4:00–4:30 PM — Last Names A–M
4:30–5:00 PM — Last Names N–Z

Library books are now past due!
If you have a library book at home please return it as soon as possible to avoid fines.

Our Lost and Found will be in front of the school all week, please come check for you missing items.

All unclaimed items will be donated by June 18th.

End of Year Spirit Week - June 8-12th

We have a limited number of yearbooks still available for purchase, only 20 copies remain! Yearbooks will be distributed tomorrow afternoon.

Yearbooks may be purchased in the school office for $25 on a first come, first served basis.
Payment options:
-Cash (exact change only)
-Check made payable to Elk Ridge PTA

Once they are gone, we will not have additional copies available, so don’t wait if you would still like one!
