The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, August 12, 2025 @ 4:00PM in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Per Zoning Administrator Mike Keefe, the
Board is meeting to discuss the following subject(s):

SUBJECT 1: Angela Newhouse is the owner of the property located at 441 Myers Street. The building lot
is located in the Suburban Residential District, (R2). She is requesting a setback variance to install / build
a manufactured home and garage, as well as an accessory building. This is the continuance of the subject
that was tabled at the July 8, 2025 hearing pending the submission of additional information by the
applicant.

SUBJECT 2: Kyle Harman is the owner of the property located at 1750 Marion Road. The building lot is
located in the General Business District (GB). He is requesting a variance to install or build an accessory
structure/garage on said property.
The public is welcome to attend the meeting. The Board reserves the right to amend the meeting’s agenda
as necessary.

in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Per Zoning Administrator Mike Keefe, the Board is
meeting to discuss the following subject(s):
SUBJECT 1: Devin & Makayla Starlin are the owners of the property located at 1505 Rosedale Avenue.
The building lot is located in the Suburban Residential District, (R1). They are requesting a variance to
install a privacy fence on said property.
SUBJECT 2: Roderick Tomlin is the owner of the property located at 828 S Sandusky Avenue. The
building lot is located in the Urban Neighborhood District, (R3). He is requesting a setback variance to
install or build an accessory structure garage on said property.
SUBJECT 3: Paul Usher, is the owner of the following parcels; 08-00-14104-000 and 08-00-14103-000
