Buda Firefighter Deployed to Ross Fire

Firefighter/Paramedic Javier Gonzales has been deployed to the Ross Fire in Palo Pinto County as a Technical Specialist assisting a Medical Unit Leader with EMTF 28.

Javier is supporting and monitoring multiple Wildland Paramedic Units and Ambulance Strike Teams assigned to the fire, helping ensure medical resources are available to support responders working on the front lines.

We’re proud of Javier for answering the call to serve beyond our community and represent Buda Fire Department alongside agencies from across the state.

Buda Firefighters Deploy to Palo Pinto

A team of four firefighter/paramedics deployed to Palo Pinto County to assist the local community as they tackle the ongoing wildfire in North Texas. Our firefighters are providing 911 services to help ensure the community continues to receive the emergency services it needs while the local fire department works alongside a multitude of agencies to help combat the fire and support those impacted.

We are incredibly proud of our firefighters for stepping up when their fellow Texans need help. Please join us in thanking them for their service and keep the Fire Departments, residents, and families affected by these wildfires in your thoughts and prayers.
