Established in 2014, Founder Victor Bueno recognized the overwhelming need for the help that Seniors, Veterans and Disabled need and where City, County and State lacked, Winged Heart Foundation Opened with it's initial program Yards Of Love. As Our Organization has grown, the needs of the many, have opened additional programs. We hope to provide that helping hand, and let our valued Seniors, Veterans and Disabled with one less thing they have to worry about.
