I am thrilled to see the finished product of the Village of Hamburg mural that my office helped to facilitate, along with Arts Services Inc. - ASI. It took artist Audra Lisner and Three of Four Design Co. 2.5 weeks and 40 gallons of paint to complete, and what a lovely addition to the village it is!

Buffalo is one of only a handful of cities nationwide listed by the State Department as a resettlement option for Afghan refugees. Our city is well-positioned to accept refugees and integrate them into our community. The most recent census data shows how integral immigrants are to our city and how they have been the impetus for our first population growth in 70 years.
Thank you to Jericho Road Community Health Center and Journey's End for all of the work that you do in creating the welcoming environment here in Western New York, and thank you to Sean M. Ryan and David A. Rivera, Niagara District Council Member for all of your support in aiding these agencies.
