The Community Police Advisory Committee is a group of City Council-appointed community members who are serving Buffalo by developing a citizen based oversight system for the Buffalo Police

CPAC is dedicated to ensuring public safety through review and evaluation of the policies and procedures of the BPD to safeguard transparency and community trust.
