During the Hwy 25 construction project, we wanted to remind drivers that John Ause Memorial Dr (the road on the south side of the Buffalo Middle School) is closed to through traffic. Other options are taking 14th St NE, or using 3rd Ave NE from Hwy 55. The school has seen an increase of traffic since the construction started.

Buffalo PD participated in the Special Olympics Polar Plunge this last Saturday at Sturges Park. The event itself raised $69,007. We are grateful for the partnership with the Special Olympics and being able to support a great cause.

A special thanks to all the volunteers and our very own reserves who took the time to help ensure the event ran smoothly.

We hope to see you next year!
